We explain our print-to-order model, returns policy and sizing process in large, bold text on every product page, including an easy size chart that takes less than 60 seconds to check against a favourite tee at home.
You’ve described the shirt in your review as the “wrong size”, but just to be clear – it wasn’t the wrong size. It was the exact size you selected and ordered.
Print-to-order means your shirt is made specifically for you – a bit like ordering a pizza. If the restaurant delivers the exact pizza you ordered, it’s on you to have checked the menu before choosing the toppings. You can’t really send it back later because you’ve decided you’d prefer something different, and the same applies to a custom-printed tee that can’t simply be put back on a shelf and sold to someone else.
You received the design you ordered, on the shirt you ordered, in the exact size you selected, and within a great delivery timeframe.
We’re a small business and we genuinely try to look after our customers, but leaving multiple negative reviews because of an ordering mistake on your end is a bit of a Karen move mate. We fulfilled your order exactly as it was placed, so continuing to blame us is a bit rough.
We reckon reviews should reflect what a business actually got wrong. In this case, we’re struggling to find it.
