Hi Veronica, we're sad and surprised to hear you don't like your tee! We're super-picky about quality and making sure our customers are happy, and immediately replace any tees with a quality issue, so reach out with photos and a bit more detail if you'd like us to investigate.

Hi Adam, we would normally investigate but didn't appreciate your blackmail-like threat to post a negative review unless we "respond with a solution prior to my review on SHOP". We've also forwarded your email to the platform, who take stuff like that seriously.

To be clear mate, in order of your email: 1) You were charged shipping twice because you made two orders. That's the way the world works. 2) There is no standard sizing of t-shirts in Australia. That's why we include a simple size chart that takes less than 60 seconds to ensure you get a good fit. 3) We outline our returns policy in LARGE BOLD text at the top of each description, 4) You made vague complaints about your tees but with no photos or clear examples. I imagine because the tees are great, you just didn't order the right size.

We really like constructive, critical reviews - they help us grow as a business and improve quality. What we don't love is Karens who threaten our small business because they don't read.

Hi Dion, Australia doesn't have standardised or "normal" T-shirt sizes, which is why we use big, bold text under each product directing customers to the easy-to-use size chart (takes less than 60 seconds!). Hi Christine, we're sorry that you're unhappy with your tees and your experience with us. We outline our print-on-demand model and exchange policy in large, bold text beneath each product, specifically to make these conditions as clear as possible before purchase.

We also offered a 30% discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill. Given the nature of your review, we've now withdrawn that offer, as we don't feel it would be appropriate to leave it in place.

We absolutely understand your frustration, but we're disappointed by the 'beware' warning. The products supplied were as ordered and as advertised, and our policy was clearly communicated prior to purchase, so we don't feel that characterisation fairly reflects what occurred.
