Sizing of these shirts is not a normal 2xl
Purchased an incorrect size and I am unable to exchange. It was explained to me that there was information on the website that exchanges are not possible for incorrect size but I had not noticed this. As it was purchased as a gift, I am now faced with having to re-purchase the same product again. Beware.
Hi Christine, we're sorry that you're unhappy with your tees and your experience with us. We outline our print-on-demand model and exchange policy in large, bold text beneath each product, specifically to make these conditions as clear as possible before purchase.
We also offered a 30% discount on a future order as a gesture of goodwill. Given the nature of your review, we've now withdrawn that offer, as we don't feel it would be appropriate to leave it in place.
We absolutely understand your frustration, but we're disappointed by the 'beware' warning. The products supplied were as ordered and as advertised, and our policy was clearly communicated prior to purchase, so we don't feel that characterisation fairly reflects what occurred.
