Shirts are printed well. Sizing is ok, just bought one that was a little too big. Oh well, just purchase more!

Hi there, we’re so sorry to hear you’re not happy with your tee!
Our print partners use DTG (direct-to-garment) printing, where specialised printers apply ink directly to the fabric. This differs from traditional screen printing and can sometimes feel a little heavier when the tee is brand new, particularly where a design has large areas of white ink printed onto a coloured tee.
With the Crank 4 Kids design, that heavier ink coverage may be what you’re feeling. We recommend giving the tee a couple of cold washes, inside out, which should help the print soften and settle into the fabric.
That said, we definitely want to make sure everything is as it should be. Please send us a couple of photos and we’ll happily take a closer look and investigate straight away.
